Speaking about his addiction, Kennedy continued, “I know this disease will kill me if I don’t treat it, which for me means going to meetings every day. It’s just bad for my life. So, for me, it was survival.”

The two recovering addicts went on to discuss the importance of the AA community keeping each other accountable to stay sober.

Well yeah I can see that, okay

Among his most controversial views is his attitude toward vaccination against disease, which has been characterized by medical professionals as dangerous and anti-vax in nature, though he rejects the label.

While in office, Kennedy fired a panel of vaccine experts from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, including its director, and replaced them with fellow vaccine skeptics. The move was subject to fierce criticism as opponents noted that he promised not to make changes to the CDC during his confirmation.

He also faced backlash for pulling contracts and cutting $500 million in funding for 22 different mRNA vaccine development projects. Kennedy also nixed a federal rule that incentivized hospitals to report vaccination rates among their staff.

Oh yeah. That guy’s a freakin menace.
