    How, exactly?

Contempt requires a majority vote in both houses of Congress. Do you think any Republicans would vote for that?

And let’s say we get a miracle and Congress does pass it. They will have two options- civil contempt and criminal contempt.

Civil contempt is just a judge’s order, and we know Trump officials regularly ignore those.

Criminal contempt is prosecuted by the DoJ. The same DoJ led by Pam Bondi, the person who should be prosecuted. Do you think she will prosecute herself?

Unfortunately as far as I understand it, this is something that will have to wait until after the next election.

The best weapon that the Khanna/Massie coalition has is the media, and they are using “contempt” to get more media attention. I think they should be praised for their work in this matter so far, the Epstein Files Transparency Act is the best thing Congress has done in a long time.

I guess it comes down to how low the republicans will go in the chain to bend the knee. They have abdicated so much of the massive power they have to king trump but will they now do it to his vassals as well. Will they do it for all members of the cabinet then. The question is how weak and pathetic they are willing to be.
