      Not really. Contempt is quite easy to prove here. They’ve admitted there’s things they haven’t released despite the order being “all materials”, and they didn’t say they was a problem complying until after the deadline.

      Should be a summary judgement for a judge and contempt is a jail time offence.

      Edit:

      He went on to say: “The quickest way, and I think most expeditious way, to get justice for these victims is to bring inherent contempt against Pam Bondi, and that doesn’t require going through the courts.”

      They don’t even need a judge.

        True. And I agree. The issue is finding someone that cares enough and with the power, to actually do something. And for it then to not be thrown out by a Trump loyalist.

          Well the thing they are in contempt of was virtually unanimously passed in both the house and senate. If they have ANY kind of consistency, they should follow through. I expect there will be some republican slippage, but all of them?
