Australia has to reach an EV market share for new cars of at least 50% in the next decade to achieve its 2035 emissions target, but without tougher measures that looks unlikely
Not that it really matters for climate change reasons, as to have any success there we’d have to move away from Cars as per the IPCC and climate scientists
