So, what got misinterpreted to turn “Herod’s temple will be destroyed” into

“Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom.” ?

The whole point of revelation is its so vague and confused you can apply it to nearly any persons and nearly any time period.

Its literally what it says in the bible.
