    MG — yes, that MG, the historic British marque known for its sporty cars

    Aren’t they a sub-brand of a chinese carmaker nowadays? If so, not surprising, China is killing it with electric cars and buses. I would be amazed if UK had anything to do with this.

    Edit: I was wrong, it seems that vehicle design was done in the UK. Engineering seems to be Chinese though (again, makes sense).

      Yes, the brand has been bought by SAIC Motor, a Chinese manufacturer.

      They have been doing some nice stuff recently, I own a MG4 (EV), I know a few people who own one as well and I’m quite happy with the car
