I wonder if the German/Austrian NAZIs could have been stopped if they had surveillance dominance and nuclear weapons.
There is no telling how many nukes the Nazi would be able to make and then drop before they stopped or some form of peace was brokered and a very different Cold War started. It would also depend on when they got nukes

If someone was to theoretically cut the wires on a camera, that person should not cut it in one place. It is theoretically more effective to theoretically cut the wires in two places and remove an entire length of theoretical wire thus leaving a theoretical gap that cannot be easily replaced without running new theoretical cables or finding a theoretical patch of theoretical cable.
