I think there’s enough evidence that his child-like behavior has been there since, well his childhood. People with his mental well being definitely shouldn’t have this much power as it’s clear they can’t use it responsibly.
Not an excuse but I truly believe that with whatever mental issues he has, he’s incapable of any real self-reflection.
He is so messed up that he really seems to believe all the words coming out of his mouth must be the truth.
