this time, there is nothing. no one. literally nothing any D says or does matters, because laws are meaningless when no one enforces them, or when the people who are supposed to be enforcing them are the ones who are breaking them (as it is right now)

we have that: the 25th amendment. but again, “legal tools” amount to nothing when those laws aren’t enforced
