I blame ultra-processed “food”, and micro plastic.
But, I don’t know shit.
Throw in high stress environments, lack of any real healthcare and you got yourself a Children of Men kind of situation.
Sadly, this is exactly the kind of topic where knowing about shit would be more helpful
