It might come as a surprise to learn that the brain responds to training in much the same way as our muscles, even though most of us never think about it that way. Clear thinking, focus, creativity and good judgment are built through challenge, when the brain is asked to stretch beyond routine rather than run on autopilot. That slight mental discomfort is often the sign that the brain is actually being trained, a lot like that good workout burn in your muscles.

Have never seen it work for me in-practice. Just means there is a concept beyond my grasp, and that I need a handbook or better logic.

    My raw processing power is…limited.

Keeping a simple 3D pipe straight while we are sewing it, had never gone right for me. Why ask someone blatantly disabled what they can’t grasp?

Ironically if I gave more context, I could be in trouble, since not everyone produces those.

Anyway, I deal with plastic textiles and sewing. As in, I’m the dumb guy untangling the shit, while a temporary specialist sews on the machine. None of us can actually work that machine.
