I’m not disputing any of your counter-points, but personally, I can imagine a handful of scenarios where the added feature of being physically seperable would’ve been handy or more convenient than requiring two things to be strapped to a centered ~3m-away power station.
it could certainly be those situations could’ve been avoided by improving skill, and i’m not saying it would’ve been vital in those situations or anything… but I can see a use for it and if it’s just a particular flavor of modularity that this product offers without too much (or any) cost-hike or down side, I think it’s neat!
