Investigators have arrested and charged a Pennsylvania man accused of ransacking a southwest Philadelphia cemetery of dozens of sets of human skeletal remains, authorities said Thursday.

    How many human skeletons are in a set? Also did they just do a quick head count or did they count all the bones?
