    How does the first definition not apply? The situation can be described with both terms, not just chaos. They are interlinked imo.

    The headline isn’t refering to the movement definition in any case, which is my point. Your first comment makes no sense.

        Holy shit lol.

        So everything I said is wrong. That means the situation, where a leader of a nation is kidnapped, is not a state of disorder due to the absence of authority.

        It also means I’m wrong in terms of the headline, so they are actually using the second definition and meant trump is ushering in a state of cooperation.

        You can say I’m wrong and to stay in school, but you aren’t actually saying anything. The literal definition you posted makes my point. Words are hard and sometimes, some of them have different meanings depending on context. What a joke, lmao.

                    homes: The earth cannot revolt, it’s submitting to the sun. Pretty much the opposite of a revolution.
