God, speaking of that phenomenon, my ‘favorite’ example is of Soviet citizens ~~unrolling a banner in~~ supporting the Soviet right to assembly in 1977(?), and getting arrested for it.

How many months away are we from that here in the States, do you think? My bet is on ~12, but the timetable is already faster than I expected, so I might be a bit optimistic with that number.
