Chomsky in there really sucks. Dude’s been a clarion for reason and peace for decades. Guess even pacifists have kinks.
Well… Chomsky has had his share of finding himself on the wrong side. I doubt that he partook in the Epsteins exploitations and rapes. Epstein was not only a pedo. He had other normal interests and he mingled with famous people all the time. Most probably had no interest or knowledge in his harem of minors.
But you would think Chomsky would make the effort to vet his friends better. Or not actually…
Sorry but you lose all presumption of innocence once you hang out with Epstein. Especially if it was after he was charged which was way back in like 2006
Innocent until proven guilty is a technical matter in courts of law not a courtesy for Epstein associates

I’ve seen plenty of people claim the same of Trump over the years. I have no idea what the truth is - but in some cases it will be so disturbing I don’t want to investigate or know either. I’m going to wait for those who really investigate to pass judgement, it might get people I otherwise like or people I otherwise hate - either way it is bad.
Right now there are a lot of claims, from people hoping the evidence supports their side and not caring about the truth. So perhaps it is better to say I’ll wait 70 years (odds are I won’t live that long) since that is how long it will take for this to settle down.
