    TL:DR, you can’t. Use it logged out or use a VPN server from a country where they don’t do it (yet).

    I already can’t watch videos from time to time when YouTube says login to conform you’re not a bot. Will this get worse with age verification?

        Actually, I was just about to post how you can’t even use yt-dlp or alternative front ends, since I just tried that. Mpv crashes, Freetube comes up with a blank and mentioned age verification, and yt-dlp showed the same thing. Pipepipe probably won’t work due to using invidious.
