    We must submit our citizens to icc scrutiny beginning with him. It was never acceptable for us not to do so

      US would literally invade hague than submit to international scrutiny. I would say US and its populace are quite proud of their war crimes.

        As an American I’m actively referencing that in my demands to send him to the ICC. Most Americans are unaware of this and some of us would very much like to change it.
