    Wait how would that even work? How can you be recalled into service and then prosecuted for not adhering to the code of conduct when you were not in service?

    That’s like quiting, getting another job, previous job rehires you and then fires you for having a second job… It makes no sense.

      I was actually wondering about this. Not this per se but recalling members for service to keep them from voting.

        Oh… That would be a whole new level of corruption.

        Wait… Would it be possible to claim the “drug war” in Venezuela as an excuse to force conscription but only in blue states/areas there by ensuring full red power?

          technically you don’t even need a war. They can say they need some specialty that a particular person had in the service or even a need for members at their rank or assignments or such. I mean take that with a grain of salt but its what I have been lead to believe with conversations with folk who had been in. You can apparently resign your commission and then you can so go take a leap but you lose all benefits at that point. And for some, maybe, honor bullshit or whathaveyou.
