Democratic Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick of Florida was indicted for allegedly stealing millions of dollars in federal emergency funds and routing some of it to her campaign account.
They need to put her on trial. If found guilty then proceed to do all of the things you said.
I absolutely believe someone in that position could and would do that no matter the party. But the trial is important because not everyone accused is guilty.
