    Drug boats are almost always manned by two men or less… The goal is to move as much weight as you can. Why would you opt for 2 more guys on the boat,plus their food and belongings with it could be another 300lbs of drugs

        If the government published a basic spreadsheet regarding drug boats stops and arrests, the data would be easy to parse, but if it were my drugs I wanted to smuggle into the states, the fewer people involved the better. Less people to pay, less people to potentially rat out the shipment to other gangs or the feds. If something goes wrong I’d want to lose as few men as possible. It also frees up space for more product, or to allow the boat to go a bit faster.

        Given that 27% of drug boats searches don’t find any drugs, odds are the government is just killing fisherman
