It’s still a mostly meaningless article that seems to encourage a divide and certainly doesn’t help make progress in climate stabilization efforts. But, the problem isn’t “What tactics?”.
What tactics? As in those aren’t actual tactics. Those are thoughts and prayers.
“Prayer” is a tactic. It might be ineffective, but it’s still a tactic. I’ll tentatively allow that the tactics listed might ALL be ineffective, but they are still tactics.
