Most people in CA don’t want to go back to the days of smog and acid rain, and they don’t want to pay ever-increasing fossil fuel costs for the privilege.
This all goes back to when Scotland wouldn’t remove the off shore wind that he thought was ruining the view from his stupid fucking golf course (first of all, that’s insane because wind turbines look cool af).
This is literally just more petty revenge from a small man.
