Madder dyeing with Teinture Sauvage: mordant, extract the colorant and run the bath. Fast red with oranges, pinks and violets.

I’m growing madder right now but it takes two years to mature enough to dye with.

    I have Rubia peregrina growing around my house. I will try it out when I have my dyeing kitchen up and running again.
