Ah yes the people protesting data centers which are destroying the environment, accelerating global warming, destroying jobs and all to produce nothing of use for humanity are only protesting because of China. None of their reasons are real, it’s just China

China is rich enough now that they could have a billionaire (or just billions of dollars) behind just about any specific political intention possible.

At what point do you start asking the question “what is the best thing for the domestic working class”, and making decisions to concretely benefit 95% of your country’s population, instead of worrying about which foreign entity might side with it?

If America is a sturdy democracy, it should act like it.
