You are under the impression that the right is sincere in this concern troll and would shut up about it if it were proven false. Nothing could be further from the truth. Entertaining this will only prove that they can bully you into anything by making up some nonsense and pretending to believe it. Even results that agree with you will embolden them because they got you to participate in their time wasting charade.
Im in no way under the impression that either side is sincere. Infact my argument is the exact opposite. My argument is that this is a deliberately designed dance between the so called “left” and “right” designed by the people who lobby both sides as a means of taking one topic and making it about another topic that benefits them.
As long as people are stuck arguing about which drugs we should be testing the water for an why then they can continue to ignore the actual problem: there are multiple substances in water supplies across the US that shouldnt be there.
