And how much did it cost them to employ the people who’s sole job is to look for offenders? I’d assume more than they “get back” from those they catch (there’s a reason they aren’t paying the minimal charge it is to ride).
Probably a better option to raise taxes on the richest by a fraction of a percent, and let everyone ride for free…
