The court’s decision — which sparked livid dissents from its two most conservative members and fierce criticism from abortion opponents — will stay in effect while a challenge filed by the state of Louisiana makes its way through the courts.

You’re missing the analogy. I’m talking about bodily autonomy. Does my right to live supercede someone else’s discomfort? Sure, it’s an operation with some dangers, but those are minimal in the face of my certain death.
Furthermore, Plan B isn’t available everywhere, it costs money, doesn’t always work, and pregnancy can come with totally normal complications. But more to the point, anyone carrying a pregnancy has a right to bodily autonomy.
Owed? I don’t think anyone is owed anything by default. I think someone who needs a kidney is a much higher priority than someone who wants an abortion.
I don’t think the term “bodily autonomy” is applicable to abortions at all. You can already do whatever the heck you want with your body. I don’t think though that the healthcare system should be a part of it unless there is a medical condition that requires treatment. A normal pregnancy is just not that, it is a perfectly normal healthy condition.
Speaking of “costs money”, I don’t get this argument at all. Especially in the US, where it just costs money to live your life. It is often illegal to be homeless and illegal not to pay taxes (that left wibg people advocating for) therefore just being alive is taxed. So I don’t have a problem with a “tax” on leisure sex.
That means no one has a right to reproduce, if no one is owed anything. I was basing my argument on yours, that there are inalienable rights. If you don’t agree with yourself, we have no argument.
