A security flaw means the location of devices used by police, potentially including undercover officers and those travelling home, is visible to anyone with a phone or laptop.
Love to see that happen. Although this doesn’t actually seem like a big security flaw, the devices just broadcast a Bluetooth signal, so you pretty much have to be with an eyeshot anyway to get their “location”.
I hope someday in the future somebody makes an open source network that anybody can join and link up their security cameras to that uses LLMs to identify and actively update maps with government and pig locations. That way, citizens can make due effort to avoid the violent abusive cunts
That would for sure be better, but that would require the government doing something reasonable and holding themselves accountable. So I don’t think that will ever happen, atleast in my lifetime
