Was it in my general direction? It’s a big place, could very well not be in the backstop. How do I know the shot wasn’t a secret service agent neutralizing a threat, seems quiet now I guess they got him.

You could catch a stray from a SS agent returning fire almost as easily as you could from the shooter himself.
The bottom line is, a reasonable person ducks. Only a clown or a troll doesn’t understand that.
One would think they’d be aiming in the direction the attacker is coming from, which since this isn’t amogus is “probably the other way.”
