That depends on jurisdiction. In Germany 14 is the age of consent as well as criminal liability.
Sure maybe some parent punishment, but you obviously have no idea how any criminal record, ESPECIALLY at that age affects their life FOREVER, do you?

Because nobody really cares, and animals dont have souls, they were created to reproduce and be consumed by humans
Its inhumane to abuse animals, but I dont think it should be punishable by law, and especially not on paper like a record

Not sure, but looking at some images they seem pretty small and toothless, so probably not a major threat to a teenage human.
