You’d think that sinking multiple ships in the strait would leave a lot of debris that would make traversal rather dangerous. So either he’s completely lying out of his front-facing ass, or he’s boasting about doing an incredibly stupid thing. Do we bet on his idiocy or incapability of telling the truth being worse?
The narrowest part is 24 miles across. He’s probably lying but debris isn’t a gotcha.
