I don’t like censorship, as long as they don’t interfere with this community too much and not blatantly break the rules they can stay. I don’t want this place to become another echo chamber similar to other Lemmy instances run by ultra liberal people where there is no place for alternative opinions.
Though I probably would have to evict / rename / add a note to the Antifa community once this organization is officially recognized as a terrorist.
Renaming would be wise. The antifa poster is still technically choosing to associate with terrorists.
Cool read, a whole book full of mental gymnastics, like the US government limits advertising Tobacco products on TV therefore censorship is actually okay and censoring right wing is okay too.
To be honest “Antifa” movement is nothing but an extemist leftist organization disguising itself as fighters with fascism but in fact nothing but extreme left people (which is the same thing as extreme right, just on a different spectrum, very similar to USSR, which was an opposite to Nazi Germany but in fact just as evil) calling for violence and censorship of any people and ideas that are not left leaning.
