    Frequently the gloves are to protect the hands, not whatever is being handled. So cleanliness isn’t really a factor. And I honestly doubt gloves are really an improvement for food handling. Its easier to wash your hands than your gloves. And I doubt most food service workers will be changing gloves often. So they will just touch dirty things with gloves, then touch food with gloves. And I don’t mean dirty in a way light colored gloves would show. I mean like grabbing door knobs, phones, wiping their nose/face.
