It would be loke Ukraine proposing a peace plan that included a requirement for russia to hand over the kersk region, disarm their entire army and execute putin. Russia would obviously say no and headlines around the world would read “Russia declines peace plan”

So yes Russia authored this “peace deal” and yes they passed it to their American cock puppet ( who is obsessed with trying to appear as a peace maker) amd no them authoring it doesn’t mean they actually want peace.

? My point is that Russia never really took these talks seriously, just played along with them to manipulate trump (successfully). The only way this war ends is with Putin’s regime collapsing. Even if Ukraine is forced to surrender by the west the war will just continue as insurgency.
