Before their prices skyrocketed, Taco Bell was great. Especially the dorrito tacos. My tongue still yearns for the Cool Ranch Taco. I could crush a party pack of 'em in one sitting. So good, and yet surprisingly was the time I weighed the least.

oh man you should have experienced the days of 49 cent tacos. Before other places had 99 cent items they were the bomb. I never thought I would kick my fast food addiction but turns out it just needed prices to become non paltry.

Its been close to two or more I think for me. Pretty much its like we had that first bought of inflation and then I think mcdonalds had some contract pricing for eggs because all of a sudden their breakfast sandwiches were a good deal vs other fair. Taco bell sorta held the line with some stuff that was worthwhile but like the nacho fries when they came started being over a dollar and yeah it just became non paltry. Its sorta the same with the lottery. I could drop a buck here and there to dream but two dollars and even three dollars. Its not like I can’t afford it but its no longer something I can just not think about expense wise. I pretty much would need to be making 150k or more and stably to be spending the way I used to.
